Welcome to the “Soug” app! These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) form the legal basis for your use of the “Soug” and “Soug – Showrooms and Companies” mobile applications, which provide an electronic platform for listing and selling real estate, used cars, premium numbers, and businesses in Qatar. By accessing or using the app, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Definitions

• “App”: Refers to the “Soug” and “Soug – Showrooms and Companies” mobile applications and their associated online platform operated by soug.app.
• “User”: Refers to any individual or entity using the app, including buyers, sellers, showrooms, and companies.
• “Showroom/Company”: Refers to businesses or individuals who register on the app to list and sell their products and services.
• “Content”: Refers to any information, data, or materials provided on the app, including ads, images, text, reviews, and comments.
• “Service”: Refers to the services offered by the app, including searching, listing, buying, selling, and communication between users.
• “Account”: Refers to the personal account created by the user to access the app.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• 2.1. Full Acceptance: By using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to this Agreement.
• 2.2. Changes: The company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or through in-app notifications. Continued use of the app following any changes will be considered your acceptance of the new terms.

3. Account Registration

• 3.1. Requirements: You must be a legal adult capable of entering into binding contracts to register an account on the app.
• 3.2. Accuracy of Information: The information you provide during registration must be accurate and complete.
• 3.3. Username: You may use a pseudonym, but it must be lawful and non-deceptive.

4. Use of the App

• 4.1. Lawful Use: You must use the app for lawful and legitimate purposes only.
• 4.2. Prohibited Activities: Users and showrooms/companies are prohibited from using the app for the following purposes:
  • Posting illegal, offensive, or hate-inducing content.
  • Impersonating another person.
  • Manipulating search or ranking mechanisms.
  • Collecting personal data from other users without consent.
• 4.3. Responsibility: Users and showrooms/companies are fully responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.

5. Content and Listings

• 5.1. Content Responsibility: Users and showrooms/companies are fully responsible for all content they post on the app.
• 5.2. Ownership Rights: Users and showrooms/companies must own all rights to the content they post.
• 5.3. Approval and Publication: We reserve the right to review, modify, or reject any content submitted for publication on the app.
• 5.4. Removal: The company reserves the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

• 6.1. Fees: Certain services offered through the app may incur fees.
• 6.2. Payment Methods: Payment methods available will be determined by the company.
• 6.3. Refunds: Refunds are subject to the company’s refund policy. All paid fees are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
• 6.4. Financial Policies: Users and showrooms/companies must pay the required fees before activating any paid services.

7. Security and Privacy

• 7.1. Privacy Policy: Your personal information is subject to the company’s privacy policy, which can be accessed via the Privacy Policy link.

8. Disclaimer

10. Termination of Service

• 10.1. Termination by the Company: The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user or showroom/company account that violates these terms or uses the app in an unlawful manner.
• 10.2. Termination by the User/Showroom: Users or showrooms/companies may terminate their accounts at any time by submitting a request to info@soug.app.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• 11.1. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Qatar.
• 11.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the competent Qatari courts.
